  • What is the Refund Policy?
    At We Own the Silence, we are committed to delivering a high-quality experience at every event. Please review the following policy regarding ticket purchases: All sales are final. We Own the Silence events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted. In the rare case of a cancellation due to hazardous conditions, we will communicate next steps directly to all ticket holders. Please Note: All speakers, programming, dates, times, and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a speaker or attraction being removed from the lineup. If an event is cancelled or postponed and a new date is not announced within 30 days, you may contact us through our support portal to inquire about a potential refund. Any instructions, deadlines, or limitations regarding refunds will be shared by We Own the Silence or our ticketing partner, Prekindle. Please note the following conditions: Service fees are non-refundable. Delivery fees for printed tickets (if applicable) are also non-refundable under any circumstance. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the event’s originally scheduled date unless otherwise specified. Prekindle, our official ticketing partner, assists in processing and reviewing all refund claims. Final decisions on refund eligibility rest with We Own the Silence and will be considered binding. If you purchased Booking Protection with your order, please refer to your confirmation email for instructions on how to request a refund due to qualifying circumstances. Booking Protection fees are non-refundable and subject to separate terms and conditions, including COVID-19-specific coverage. Thank you for supporting We Own the Silence.     Yes, there is a registration fee to attend the We Own the Silence.
  • When and where is the We Own the Silence held?
    We Own the Silence will occur from September 28-29 at Dallas Palms. Attending activities on 27th is optional.

    We Own the Silence is a premier conference that brings together funeral Service leaders, and investors to share resources, network, and grow their businesses. It includes workshops, panels, keynote speakers, and networking.
